Kyle is orginally from Houston, Texas where he was a starter on the Houston Stratford 1978 State Champion Football Team. He is a 1983 graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance.
Kyle spent 25 years working in various commercial banks, prior to starting the company. This positions included:

Vice President Real Estate Lending, Deposit Guaranty National Bank, Memphis, Tennessee
Kyle estimates, he has underwritten, managed, serviced or originated over $500 Million in commercial and commercial real estate credit throughout his career.
Kyle is a proud parent of young adults, ages 23 and 21. In his spare time, he enjoys fitness, the outdoors,a lake home at Possum Kingdom Lake, his Texas Longhorns and Pittsburgh Steelers.
He is guided by the business principals of his late father, George T. Whisman, who spent his entire career in the finance field.
